This Privacy Policy explains how Bizsan Rug Gallery ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data in the Bizsan Rug Gallery mobile app ("App").
The App requests camera permission to provide augmented reality rug preview.
Camera feed is used in real time on the device for AR placement and is not stored by us and not uploaded by the App as part of normal AR use.
If you use contact forms or communication features, we process:

- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message/enquiry content
If you place an order, we process:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Preferred contact method
- Delivery address details (address lines, city, postal code, country/region)
- Company details (optional), including VAT number where provided
- Order items, order notes, shipping and order metadata
Card payments are processed by Stripe.
We do not store full card number or CVC in our systems.
We receive payment-related results and metadata needed to complete your order (for example payment status and transaction references).
The App stores some data locally to provide functionality, such as:
- Wishlist items
- Processed order history shown in the App
This local storage is kept on your device and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
When you use the App and backend APIs, servers may process technical information such as IP address, request metadata, and error logs for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
We process personal data to:
- Provide catalog browsing, wishlist, basket, AR preview, checkout, and customer support
- Process and manage orders and payments
